Ralf and I had a glorious first December. We found someone who looked after the dogs and went to see Peter and Karin in Gelsenkirchen.
This was my second homestory and I start to love travelling with all the equipment. Apart from meeting new nice people, shooting at new and unknown locations is the modern photographer’s real challenge. How much space will be there? How much available light?
Homestories are a bit of a mess for us. Our big lights and stuff turn properly cleaned houses and flats into messy chaotic places. And although the couple was very nice I bet they were happy to see us leaving at the end of the day to get their rooms back
The food was glorious. We had
- salad with beans, field salad, pears, bacon and gorgonzola
- satay and duck
- risotto with shrimps
- zabaione with tropical fruit
